Our Team is a combination of Partners with multidisciplinary backgrounds and experiences in managing a FCA regulated business including running its Operation and its Transformation.
Our Team can draw on experts, who are professionals in their field and with whom we worked at previous professional ventures, as well as on a selected set of providers.
Founded in 2024, with a desire to do things differently, we offer an expert service that is innovative and meets the highest standards.
OUR TEAM
Bertrand Blanchard
Co-Founder and Partner
Bertrand has 30 years of experience in the financial industry with skills in strategy, business development, transformation, general and country management roles.
He has conducted large projects both as a consultant and as a banker. He was recently the Head of the Global Transaction Banking unit for Société Générale in the UK and an Executive Committee member of the London branch. Prior to that, he was UK Country Manager for Société Générale Securities Services in the UK. He was also previously Head of SG in South Africa for 6 years.
Bertrand began his career at BFCE, now Natexis, in 1993. He then moved to Dexia France in 1996. Two years later, he joined KMPG Peat Marwick (now CSC) within the Investment Banking and Capital Market practices where he managed a team of consultants for 5 years. Bertrand joined Société Générale IB in 2003 and he was involved in several acquisitions contributing to SGSS European expansion.
Outside Phoenix FSC, Bertrand enjoys travelling, gardening and playing golf.
Mickael Lecuyer
Co-Founder and Partner
Mickael has more than 24 years of experience in the financial industry, ranging from Securities services, Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Private Banking.
Mickael has held Senior roles as Head of Operations, Head of Transformation, Chief of Staff to Group COO and Head of Technology. He also held Management roles for Business Continuity and Operational Risk.
Mickael has led transformation teams and managed several complex transformation programmes in various jurisdictions ranging from Business Development, Strategic Initiatives, Technology, Operation Simplification and Regulatory matters with two main objectives: drive operational excellence and client satisfaction by combining business expertise with experience in technologies.
He has worked for Barclays, Standard Bank and Société Générale in the UK, USA, Channel Islands and a few European Countries.
Most of Mickael’s spare time is spent with his family, although he also enjoys sport, history and travelling.
Philippe Robeyns
Senior Associate Partner
Philippe has over 37 years of experience in the financial services industry across many jurisdictions and fields (Securities Services, Investment Banking, Clearing Services, Private Banking, on-line Brokerage).
He worked 14 years for JP Morgan in Paris, London, Tokyo, Singapore and Johannesburg in various operational and COO positions within the Investment Bank and Securities Services.
Philippe joined Société Générale in London in 2000 and led several business transformations in Global Equities Operations and launched Securities Services BPO solutions for Investment Banks and Retail Brokers.
Philippe was appointed COO for Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank in the EMEA region in 2009 and was subsequently appointed CEO of the UK Prime Services arm of SG (SG International Limited) from March 2021 to end 2023.
Outside of Phoenix, Philippe enjoys sharing his passion for vintage motorcycling in the South of France.
